Senior Accountant - Up to $85k + 5 to 10% bonus Our client, a dynamic accounting firm, is looking to hire a Senior Accountant. We're looking for a 3+ year Accountant, who is comfortable working both in-office and at client locations. ***100% onsite Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including verification, posting, allocation, and reconciliation. • Prepare financial statements and budgets on a consistent schedule. • Develop, document, and maintain accounting policies and business processes to strengthen internal controls for clients. • Identify discrepancies and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial efficiency. • Analyze financial data and summarize overall financial status for clients. • Lead month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate reporting. • Produce and present clear, accurate accounting reports to clients and management. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • 3+ years of accounting experience with small to mid-sized businesses. • Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger functions. • Willingness to travel to client locations throughout the Philadelphia region.
