About the Role We’re seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Reseller Channel Account Manager to join our team. This role manages and grows a portfolio of 20–40 reseller partners within the fleet telematics sector. You’ll act as a strategic advisor, helping partners increase revenue through proactive outreach, enablement, and collaboration across product, marketing, and support teams. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the confidence to drive partner success in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned reseller partners. • Conduct regular (weekly or biweekly) check-ins to review pipeline, address challenges, and build growth strategies. • Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for increased sales and engagement. • Build a deep understanding of each partner’s business model and target market. • Coordinate partner-specific projects involving product customizations or integrations. • Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and support teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives. • Maintain transparent documentation and project status updates. • Support co-branded marketing efforts and sales enablement activities. • Work with marketing to provide tools, content, and training to reseller partners. • Drive adoption of new product features through proactive communication and training. • Provide regular reporting on partner health, performance, and project status. • Use data to identify both growth opportunities and potential risks within the partner network. What You Bring • 3–5 years of experience in channel or account management, ideally in SaaS, IoT, or Telematics. • Strong understanding of reseller or channel ecosystems. • Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects across cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in CRM tools and project management platforms, ie Salesforce and Monday.com. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. • Experience in fleet telematics or transportation technology. • Familiarity with API integrations or product customization processes. • Exposure to B2B marketing or digital enablement initiatives. • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus. • Collaborative, fast-paced culture with growth opportunities. • Opportunity to make a measurable impact and build long-term partner relationships. • Supportive team environment with room for professional development.
