Summary of the Job: This specific role will focus on processing standard and non-standard Small Business, Secured and Guaranteed credit card applications. In addition to these items, this role will also be required to take incoming and make outgoing calls in regard to credit related requests. This is a remote role with a preference for Omaha-based candidates. Training: 6-week virtual program via Zoom (Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT), transitioning to core working hours of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Central Time upon completion. About This Role: Job Duties: 1. Process standard and non-standard Small Business, Secured and Guaranteed credit applications according to department policies and guidelines. 2. Maintain the department’s standard Decision and Procedure Accuracy Rating for Credit Underwriter. 3. Maintain the department’s Productivity Standard for Credit Underwriter. 4. Responsible for Professional Behavior and Working Relationships. 5. Understand and adhere to all policies, laws and regulations applicable to this role. 6. Adhere to the banks BSA/AML program, which includes, but no limited to the customer identification program, customer due diligence policy and completing all BSA /AML training in a timely manner. 7. Adhere to the procedures, guidelines, and expectations for working remotely as outlined by Human Resources and agreed upon with your Manager. The Ideal Candidate for This Role: Job Qualifications: 1. Strong decision making skills. 2. The ability to work with confidential information. 3. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 4. Basic PC skills. 5. Prior exposure/experience with credit card highly desired. Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship. Compensation: Compensation range (base pay): $40,310.00-$64,497.00 This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level. Work Environment: It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work remotely, offering you the freedom to contribute to our mission from wherever you work best, without compromising on career growth or connection to our team. Regardless of your location, you'll be fully integrated into our team through robust digital collaboration tools and regular communication. The incumbent can work remotely from any of the states listed on the job posting, though occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings.
