West New York, NJ Part-Time or Full-Time – Flexible Schedule Finlay Medical Training Institute (FMTI) is expanding, and we’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program. If you're passionate about education, mentorship, and maintaining high training standards, this is a great opportunity to grow with a reputable institution. ⭐ Position Overview As the CNA Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our program meets and exceeds NJ DOH NATCEP requirements while supporting both instructors and students throughout their educational journey. Key Responsibilities • Ensure full compliance with NJ Department of Health NATCEP standards. • Supervise, mentor, and support CNA instructors in both classroom and clinical settings. • Review and maintain accurate skills checklists, student evaluations, and required records. • Coordinate with long-term care (LTC) facilities and clinical partners. • Uphold the highest academic, professional, and institutional standards. Required Qualifications • Active New Jersey RN license (verification required). • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience. • Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Geriatrics preferred. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
