Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Punta Gorda, FL. In this role, the Salesperson will manage client relationships, assist customers with product selection, provide price estimates, and guide them through the purchasing process. Additional responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining accurate sales records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will consistently work toward achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth. Qualifications • Proficiency in sales, customer service, and relationship management • Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Prior experience in retail sales, construction, or countertop installation industry is a plus • Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple clients and transactions • Familiarity with natural and engineered stone countertops is highly beneficial • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site in Punta Gorda, FL • Proficiency in using CRM tools or basic computer skills • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or related fields are a plus
