About Us Pisos Dispensary, operated by Fidelis Holdings, is one of the finest Medical & Recreational Marijuana Dispensaries in Las Vegas. We offer a fast-paced and fun work environment while ensuring exceptional customer service and top-tier security. We are looking for Security Guards with a strong presence and excellent customer service skills who can also assist at the Front Desk when needed. Responsibilities Security Duties: • Patrol the inside and outside of the dispensary to maintain a secure environment. • Greet and screen patients/customers upon arrival. • Monitor entrances/exits and verify access credentials. • Report suspicious activities and respond effectively in emergency situations. • Enforce dispensary policies to ensure compliance and safety. • De-escalate conflicts and preserve order when necessary. • Direct traffic and assist customers and ride-share drivers. • Maintain security logs and provide incident reports when required. Front Desk Assistance (As Needed): • Check in patients/customers and verify identification. • Create and update customer profiles in the system. • Assist with data entry. • Ensure smooth customer flow inside and outside the dispensary. • Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries. • Provide exceptional customer service while enforcing company policies. Qualifications ✔ Must be 21 years or older ✔ High School Diploma or GED required ✔ Must pass a background check ✔ Cannabis Dispensary Agent Card (or ability to obtain one) ✔ OSHA 10 Card (or ability to obtain one within 60-90 days) ✔ Basic computer skills for check-ins & document scanning ✔ Reliable transportation and open availability ✔ Ability to stand/walk for long periods, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs ✔ Ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations Skills & Traits We Value ✔ Strong customer service & communication skills ✔ Ability to de-escalate situations professionally ✔ Positive, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality ✔ Team player who follows orders and learns quickly ✔ Physically fit and comfortable working on foot for extended hours ✔ Professional demeanor with excellent phone and greeting etiquette Benefits Paid Time Off Store Discounts Tips Schedule: 8-hour shifts Join our team and be part of a premier dispensary in Las Vegas!
