Provide customer service, process orders and invoicing, assist sales team, and collaborate with departments to meet customer expectations.
High school diploma or GED with prior clerical or customer service experience preferred.
SUMMARY: Responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers by using excellent knowledge of company products, as well as communicating effectively with co-workers throughout the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: · Ensure positive customer experience with each interaction with Fiber Bond Customer Service · Partners with the production, product development and sales teams to meet and exceed customers’ service expectations · Accurately processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures · Works closely with the credit department to resolve disputed items · Creating Invoicing for customers · Assistant to Sales Team · Perform other related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, experience with ERP software Education and Experience · High school diploma or general education degree (GED). · Prior clerical, including customer service, experience preferred Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • On-the-job training • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
