We’re looking for a& Customer Success Associate who thrives at the intersection of relationship management and sales. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them unlock the full value of our product while identifying new opportunities for upsell, renewal, and long-term retention. This is more than support—it’s about driving client outcomes and growing revenue through strategic conversations, strong rapport, and a deep understanding of customer goals.
