Shift Monday - Friday - 1st Shift (Day) Maintenance Technician I The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for maintaining machinery to ensure safety and productivity. This role supports product safety, quality, and legality while performing mechanical maintenance tasks in a manufacturing or packaging environment. Primary Responsibilities • Set up and maintain machinery in the co-pack area. • Maintain machinery in accordance with the Preventative Maintenance Program. • Ensure the work area complies with current safety standards. • Understand and assist in the Equipment Validation Process. • Use eMaint for troubleshooting and documenting repairs and maintenance tasks. • Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager and Co-Pack Supervisors. Education / Experience • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 0–2 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment, or equivalent vocational education and experience. • Exceptional problem-solving and maintenance skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Customer service driven. • Strong team player.
