Master admissions consulting and drive powerful results for our clients 2. Sell and upgrade existing clients into consulting engagements 3. Grow into a Senior Consultant/CSM Lead role over the next 1-2 years The candidate will: ✅ Receive world class admissions & business training directly from our CEO Dr. Natalie Morse ✅ Have the opportunity to work remotely full-time (within US time zone hours) ✅ Be a part of a fast-growing, impact driven, high-performance team & culture What We’re Looking for: • Confident • Warm • Likes talking with and helping people • Experience in PhD or graduate school • Strong writing skills Responsibilities: • Consulting/Coaching/Client Management • Daily 1:1 Coaching calls with our clients to supplement group coaching meetings • Daily support inside of slack to answer on-demand questions with a same-day response time • Occasionally run weekly group coaching calls answering client questions on how to identify the right fit graduate programs, reach out and network with faculty and PhDs, develop research proposals, edit and revise essays, and improve their personal marketing strategies. • Revise and offer helpful edits and suggestions to client work. We will teach you the ins and outs of our system, and strategy but you must have a working knowledge of typical graduate school applications, resumes, etc. • Must have real-world teaching/consulting experience (you have personally mentored or coached other people to improve their work and get unstuck, or achieve a transformational outcome) • Have stellar attention to detail and be able to handle clients who are at different stages in their application process. Every client should feel intimately connected to you and responding timely to each one should come really easy to you. • Actively participating in our FG Team meetings and staying accountable to client results • Responsible for daily REPORTING on multiple communication channels (Slack, spreadsheets, etc.,) and high attention to detail and compliance with standard operating procedures is essential. About 20-30 minutes of reporting per day. • Bonus points if you have a PhD Business Management • High attention to detail, and able to upload materials to our website or social media accounts • Manage client requests for billing invoices, clarification, etc. • Reply to potential and current client emails within 24-hours • Should be proficient with typical tech tools (GSuite, Zoom, slack) and able to quickly learn our CRM system (Go High Level). • Bonus points if you enjoy and have experience in social media management and/or business development Sales / Upselling Existing Clients • Comfortable speaking with potential clients about their needs and explaining our services • Renewals of existing 1:1 Clients Hours & Compensation • Work 3-5 hours per day during EST-PST working hours, 5 days a week, flexible • Part-time role first 90 days($2-3k/month), with ability to expand into full time ($5-8k OTE/month) To Apply: Send LinkedIn URL & 2-3 Minute Intro video to natalie AT fearlessgrad.com Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,200.00 per month Benefits: • Paid time off • Work from home Work Location: Remote
