Responsibilities • Train directly with a successful, established Farmers agency owner to learn the business from the inside out • Participate in the University of Farmers "award-winning" training program • Sell Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance solutions- LEADS provided • Build lasting client relationships and grow your portfolio • Learn sales, leadership, and business management from a Top Performing Mentor Agent • Shadow Agency Mentor on strategic business planning, recruiting, and staff development • Achieve Trainee and Mentorship Program goals with guidance and mentorship This is a paid Trainee and Mentorship Program, lasting 6-12 months, that positions you for elite program graduation opportunities including a $4,000 graduation BONUS and $5,000 sign on BONUS with Farmers Insurance!
