Job Description Were seeking a bilingual, people-focused Insurance Admin Assistant to support our personal and commercial clients with excellence and care. In this full-time, in-office role, you'll handle data entry, paperwork review, and communication - ensuring our clients feel confident, supported, and protected every step of the way. This role is perfect for someone who's comfortable using multiple computer systems and learning new technology. We use several platforms to manage client accounts, and you'll be expected to switch between them with confidence and accuracy. You'll play a key part in helping both families and business owners manage their insurance with less stress - in both English and Spanish. No insurance license required - we'll train and help you grow.
