Role Description This is a full-time Life Insurance Broker role based in Scottsdale, AZ, with the option to work remotely or in-office. The role involves assisting clients in identifying appropriate life insurance and retirement planning products, building strong client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Brokers will analyze client needs, present insurance solutions, and support their financial protection goals. Responsibilities include maintaining current knowledge of insurance products and ensuring personalized service for every client. Qualifications • Experience in Insurance Brokerage, Insurance, and understanding of policies and products • Knowledge of Finance and expertise in Retirement Planning to assist clients with financial protection and planning • Proficiency in Customer Service with strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to build and maintain trust and relationships with clients • Relevant industry certifications or licenses are a plus • Self-motivation, organizational abilities, and a results-driven attitude
