What We Do: FamFluence exclusively manages over 100 influencers across TikTok, Meta and YouTube. We handle all media campaigns, brand partnerships, licensing deals and endorsements/speaking engagements for our talent. Are you passionate about contracts and looking to make a difference in the fast-paced world of influencer marketing? Your main role will be reviewing, drafting, and editing contracts related to talent deals, brand partnerships, and more. This position is 100% virtual and incredibly collaborative. Responsibilities: Review and analyze contracts for influencer agreements, brand collaborations, and sponsorships. Ensure legal compliance and protect the interests of our clients and company. Draft and modify contract templates. Flag non-standard or problematic language for escalation. Maintain contract records and ensure proper documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and clients on legal matters. Qualifications: Paralegal certification or relevant legal education. 2+ years paralegal, legal assistant, or contract review experience preferred. Strong knowledge of contract law and experience in contract review. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
