Job Summary Join the team of Fairway Staffing and Harmonic Hot Tubs !! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling materials, operating a forklift, and ensuring the safe and accurate movement of goods throughout the distribution center. Your expertise in warehouse operations will help streamline shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes, contributing to our overall operational excellence. Responsibilities • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse. • Load and unload shipments from trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage. • Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipment contents against documentation. • Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure mechanical integrity and report any maintenance needs promptly. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards and safety regulations. • Track inventory movements and stock levels accurately. • Transport and deliver materials to different areas of the production line. Qualifications • Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, or materials handling roles. • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for warehouse safety. • Prior experience in shipping & receiving operations, including load & unload procedures. • Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. • Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and operate pallet jacks or other manual handling tools as needed.
