Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate small to large-scale construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with industry-standard construction management software. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and quality standards. The Reconstruction Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution from inception to completion. Responsibilities • Lead and manage all phases of reconstruction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout. • Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software. • Prepare and review construction estimates utilizing HeavyBid and other estimating tools. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project implementation. • Coordinate project activities with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet deadlines and quality standards. • Monitor project progress daily; adjust schedules as necessary to address delays or issues. • Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure projects stay within financial parameters. • Oversee safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. • Utilize Civil 3D for site design coordination when applicable. • Prepare progress reports, change orders, and other documentation required for project transparency. • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, permits, and contractual obligations. Qualifications • Proven experience in construction management with a focus on reconstruction projects. • Proficiency with construction management software such as Xactimate, or other programs such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and schematics reading tools are helpful. • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost estimating, contracts administration, and blueprint reading. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders on-site. • Familiarity with construction site safety standards and regulations. • Exceptional communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams. • Relevant certifications in construction management or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
