We partner with builders and contractors to deliver seamless project experiences. As we expand throughout Middle Tennessee and nearby states, we’re building a strong network of builder partners who trust us with their clients, and we’re looking for a relationship-driven individual to help grow that network. About the Role We’re hiring a Strategic Partnerships Manager who thrives on building meaningful relationships and helping partners succeed. This role is ideal for someone who wants to join a growing company early, with compensation that increases significantly as the partner network expands. This is not a traditional sales role with a high base salary. What You’ll Do Partnership Development • Identify and reach out to qualified builders • Travel regularly across Middle Tennessee and nearby states to meet partners • Attend networking events, home shows, and tradeshows • Start conversations, build rapport, and open partnership opportunities • Introduce and explain our builder-focused design services Relationship Management • Maintain and deepen relationships with active builder partners • Conduct in-person visits, lunches, and check-ins when needed • Ensure partners feel supported and engaged • Track partner activity and new opportunities Strategy & Growth • Work closely with the founder to shape our partnership strategy • Help develop repeatable systems as our network grows • Identify opportunities to support partners and help them win more bids • Represent Fabl Design in the field and within the building community What We’re Looking For • Someone who enjoys meeting people and building strong relationships • Comfortable with regular regional travel • A proactive, self-driven communicator • Entrepreneurial mindset — you want to grow with a company, not just collect a salary • Experience in construction, or related fields is a plus (not required) • Comfortable adapting, learning, and helping build a new department from scratch Compensation This role is intentionally structured for long-term upside: Base Salary • Modest base pay, ideal for someone who values opportunity and long-term growth over immediate high salary Growth-Based Bonuses • Bonuses for each partnership established and new projects • Compounding bonuses tied to the ongoing revenue those partners generate • Significant long-term earning potential as partnerships scale You grow your income as you grow the company.
