We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector to support our quality control operations. Key Responsibilities • Perform quality inspections and QC checks, including dimensional and chemical analysis. • Create and update control plans for each part number in collaboration with the Quality Manager. • Ensure all documentation and traceability requirements are maintained as defined by company standards. • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately. • Facilitate problem-solving and continuous improvement activities across teams. • Minimize disruptions and costs to customers by ensuring issues are identified and addressed promptly. • Maintain high levels of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in all tasks. • Communicate effectively across departments, providing updates and collaborating as needed. • Travel between the warehouse and lab frequently to inspect and QC parts. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in a Quality Inspector or related Quality role • Knowledge of fasteners and related manufacturing processes (preferred). • Understanding of Quality Management Systems (preferred). • Ability to use or understand a wide range of measuring and inspection tools. • Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and documentation. • Excellent communication skills • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to support continuous improvement initiatives.
