We are currently looking for an Office Administrator for an immediate opportunity in Bridgewater, NJ. Schedule • Monday - Friday • 9:30am - 6:00pm Compensation • $18/hr Office Administrator Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries and complaints while routing all incoming telephone calls to appropriate personnel. • Data entry • Answer telephone calls • Perform all other office tasks • General clerical duties (filing, shredding, taking messages, assisting where needed) Office Administrator Qualifications: • MUST have the ability to operate calculator, copier/printer/scanner/fax machine and be proficient with a computer, MS Excel, MS Word, etc. • QuickBooks experience a PLUS • Excellent phone and email etiquette when dealing with internal and external customers. • Ability to prioritize and multitask. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
