Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator Location: Garden Grove, Cypress, Los Alamitos, Westminster, CA Pay Rate: $20-25/hr Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate with forklift experience to support manufacturing operations. This role involves material handling, inventory movement, shipping and receiving, and operating forklifts and other equipment to ensure efficient workflow across the facility. Key Responsibilities • Load, unload, and transport materials and products using forklifts and pallet jacks. • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and update inventory records. • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or internal use. • Move raw materials and finished goods between production, storage, and shipping areas. • Maintain accurate documentation for inventory transactions and material movements. • Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs. • Ensure warehouse areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. • Assist with cycle counts, stock rotation, and inventory audits. • Support other warehouse and production tasks as assigned. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Valid forklift certification and experience operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts. • Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. • Ability to read work orders, follow instructions, and perform basic data entry. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
