Pay: $24–$29/hr | Schedule: Full-time | Location: On-site, New Brunswick We’re looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills—especially with automotive, truck, or service-related environments—and can multitask in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities: • Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system • Greet visitors and assist with general inquiries • Manage mail, office supplies, and administrative documents • Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence • Assist with meeting/event coordination • Handle order entry, warranties, quotes, and repair order closeouts • Support sales and technicians with paperwork and administrative tasks Qualifications: • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Minimum +1 year of recent experience in an administrative function in the car, or trucking industry.
