Our client, a leader in government and technology services, is seeking a dedicated Oracle Payroll Expert to join their team. As an Oracle Payroll Expert, you will be an integral part of the Payroll and Financial Systems support team, ensuring seamless payroll operations and financial integrations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Oracle Payroll Expert Location:Remote with Travel to San Antonio Pay Range: $65/hr plus DOE What's the Job? • Perform functional design and testing of Payroll systems within Oracle EBS Financials and HCM Payroll modules. • Deliver payroll solutions and support payroll operations to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Develop and implement finance integration solutions between Payroll and General Ledger. • Troubleshoot and resolve production costing tickets, ensuring timely resolution and system integrity. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payroll and financial processes. What's Needed? • Extensive experience with Oracle EBS Financials, Project Costing, and HCM Payroll modules (10+ years preferred). • Proven expertise in delivering payroll and costing solutions, with hands-on experience in functional design and testing. • Experience with multiple implementations or troubleshooting production costing tickets. • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
