Title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Consumer Lending Location: Remote, USA Industry: Banking Requirements • LaserPro • Banking experience • integration experience • SA / Configurations Jd We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst position to serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for our Consumer and Business Commercial installations of LaserPro Lending. Our team primarily supports our Consumer Loan Origination systems at First Citizens Bank – many of our systems are homegrown, so you will quickly come up to speed to serve as an analyst and point of contact for all systems in our ecosystem. Responsibilities • Take ownership of multiple LaserPro Lending applications across Consumer and Commercial environments; you will be the primary person responsible for implementing maintenance releases and configuring new document or system requirements • Work with our product and business partners to understand new requirements, then write clear user stories within Jira • Partner with our software engineers and QA as needed to test, document defects, and ensure high quality software is deployed • Develop expertise on our other homegrown and vendor-support loan origination systems; while LaserPro Lending will be the initial focus, this position will ultimately support all of our team’s Consumer Loan Origination systems. • Support our production instances as Tier 3 support, including research, troubleshooting, and communication to other FCB support teams Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support Preferred • Experience as an administrator and/or systems analyst for LaserPro Lending – even better if you’ve configured LaserPro in a Consumer Lending environment • Data analysis and reporting capabilities, including familiarity with SQL, Excel, and presenting data findings • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • The ability to write concise, clear requirements • Exposure to working in an agile/Scrum environment • A high sense of personal agency and drive to improve – you self-identify questions or problems and drive toward solutions • Demonstrated experience administering or performing system analysis/configuration on other banking systems, particularly loan origination systems • Familiarity with software integrations, including fluency in understanding API documentation and common integration patterns • Experience with informal leadership over other analysts or team members • Experience as an administrator and/or systems analyst for LaserPro Lending – even better if you’ve configured LaserPro in a Consumer Lending environment • Data analysis and reporting capabilities, including familiarity with SQL, Excel, and presenting data findings • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • The ability to write concise, clear requirements • Exposure to working in an agile/Scrum environment • A high sense of personal agency and drive to improve – you self-identify questions or problems and drive toward solutions
