Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Analyst/Product Owner (LaserPro, Finastra) to join their team. As a Business Analyst/Product Owner (LaserPro, Finastra), you will be part of the Technology Business Systems Consulting department supporting the Loan Documentation Generation Platform team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Analyst/Product Owner (LaserPro, Finastra) Location:Charlotte, NC Pay Range: What's the Job? • Maintain and enhance existing Legal Documentation Platform systems, including Wholesale Loan Forms, SimplyDocs, LaserPro, and others as necessary. • Implement system improvements, process enhancements, software updates, and ensure compliance with regulatory changes. • Collaborate with legal teams and third-party vendors to keep loan document content current and accurate. • Support transformation initiatives for a new strategic Loan Documentation Generation Platform. • Develop and document data and system requirements to meet evolving business needs. What's Needed? • 4-6 years of experience executing Agile project methodologies with a strong understanding of Agile principles. • Experience with automated systems for commercial loan documentation generation, such as Finastra LaserPro. • Proficiency with nCino credit originations tool, especially the document preparation workflow. • High-level understanding of commercial loan documents and related processes. • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
