Full Description

Overview Examination Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Proposal Writer & Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a flexible environment and has strong organizational, communication and writing skills. This position is a part-time hourly position. Hours may fluctuate but will average 20-30 hours per week. Work hours are flexible but will require some availability between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Fully remote candidates will be considered although proximity to our offices in South Jordan, Utah to work a hybrid schedule, is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities • Search for and summarize bidding opportunities for management’s consideration. • Draft, edit, and format proposals for new business opportunities. • Assist with contract management, including tracking deadlines, compliance requirements, and documentation. • Support administrative tasks such as record maintenance. • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposals and contracts. • Perform other related duties as needed to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Prior experience in proposal writing or administrative support preferred but not required.
