About the Client: Our client is a fast-growing fintech infrastructure company providing end-to-end financial and crypto-fiat technology solutions to global businesses. They enable companies to launch and scale financial products without building internal banking or crypto infrastructure, offering tools such as multi-currency business accounts, Banking-as-a-Service, card issuing, crypto–fiat on/off-ramp, and embedded finance solutions. Role Overview As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s ecosystem by building high-value partnerships across fintech, crypto, PSPs, SaaS platforms, and embedded finance providers. You will own the full partnership cycle — from sourcing and first outreach to closing deals and handing them over to the operations team. This role is ideal for a proactive, charismatic communicator who thrives in a fast-growing startup environment and knows how to build trust, identify opportunities, and drive revenue. Key Responsibilities: Source and acquire new clients in FinTech, Web3, eCommerce, and digital business segments through outreach, research, events, and networking. Lead discovery calls, product demos, and sales pitches, clearly communicating the business value and use cases. Own the full sales cycle: first touch → follow-ups → negotiations → closing. Maintain a clean and accurate CRM pipeline with regular forecasting and status updates. Participate in industry events and community activities to expand visibility and build relationships. Run research initiatives and test new sales channels to identify growth opportunities. Ideal Candidate: 2+ years in B2B sales or business development within FinTech, Web3, SaaS, payments, or related digital industries Proactive hunter mentality — actively reaches out, builds pipeline, and closes deals independently. Charismatic, confident in negotiations, and able to build trust with senior stakeholders and founders. Highly autonomous, no need for micromanagement; comfortable operating in a startup rhythm and rapid iteration. Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) Work Model: Remote, with occasional travel to industry forums and exhibitions.
