The Company Everflow is a SaaS Partner Marketing platform for managing and scaling revenue from affiliates, partnerships, and marketing channels. About the role We’re seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Legal Administrative Assistant to support our Legal team while providing occasional cross-functional assistance to Sales, Operations, and the executive team. This role involves preparing, proofreading, and organizing legal documents; maintaining and filing contracts and corporate records; coordinating with external partners such as insurance brokers; and managing calendars, meetings, and correspondence. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of legal support experience (corporate or contracts), strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Google Suite. This position requires discretion, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. What you'll do • The administrative assistant will support Sales, Ops, and Legal • Provide flexible support; fill in for absent staff, cover different departments as assigned and assist with ad-hoc projects • Handle confidential documents and correspondence as needed • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate with internal teams, and confirm meetings with 3rd parties and colleagues • Schedule conference rooms for internal and external meetings; coordinate supporting technology • Provide ad hoc administrative and project support to the Sales, Finance, Human Resources, and Legal teams • Document management: Draft, proofread, and format legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence • Filing/saving/documenting signed contracts and corporate documents • Coordinate with insurance broker on renewing policies, obtaining COIs upon request • File organization: Create, maintain, and organize electronic and hard copy client files Qualifications • Competency in Google Suite • At least 2+ years of legal support experience (corporate & contracts) • Experience working with and supporting remote teams • Be comfortable working and communicating with professionals at all levels • Ability to exercise initiative • Ability to multi-task and prioritize • Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to write effectively Compensation Package: Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 Bonus Potential • **Please note that this is a salaried, non-exempt role*** Perks include: • Employer Covered Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance • Unlimited PTO and paid holidays • 401(k) (No matching at this time) • Paid parental leave for putting your family first • Startup-like environment, without the constant rush to raise the next round of funding • A very collaborative team and culture • Education, gym, and equipment stipend • Travel opportunities to relevant conferences Join Our Exceptional Team Dive into a role where respect, ownership, and mindfulness define our culture.
