Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys the analytical elements of construction estimating while also thriving in the hands-on leadership required to manage projects from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for construction projects. • Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to identify project requirements. • Solicit, evaluate, and compare subcontractor and supplier bids. • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans. • Manage project progress from preconstruction through closeout. • Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, field teams, and internal stakeholders. • Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and maintain detailed documentation. • Foster a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years of experience in estimating and/or project management within the construction industry. • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, sequencing, and scheduling. • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. • Proficiency with estimating software, Microsoft Office, and project management tools. • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
