The Florida Veterinary Referral Center (FVRC) in Estero, FL is hiring full- time or part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our outstanding team! We want every patient to receive the best medical care possible while communicating effectively with their owners every step of the way. FVRC is a fast-paced specialty/emergency hospital that is continuing to grow. We are in the process of expanding our CSR team to meet the needs of our community - come and grow your career in vet med with us. No overnight CSR Shifts. We have a variety of shifts available on weekdays and weekends. Compensation: Starting at $18/hr based on experience, plus an additional shift differential for nights and weekends! Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills • Have a commitment to continuing to advance your client service skills • Possess strong organizational skills with near impeccable attention to detail • An ability to engage in active problem-solving vs problem identification. • At least 1-2 years of experience working in an a Veterinary Specialty, Emergency, and/or a large high-volume day practice • Organized and comfortable with new technologies • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities of a CSR: • Work closely with the medical staff facilitating exceptional communication. • Be the first point of contact for our clients establishing the excellent client care that is present throughout the hospital • Manage a high call volume and mutli-phone line system • Process payments, refunds and cash handling • Appropriately record information and maintain medical records • Maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced enviornment • Embrace the practice's core values, standards of care, mission statement and practice philosophy As a hospital, we are committed to the advancement of those looking to level up.
