About the Role The Coordinator, Billing ensures the integrity of Esquire’s client, case, and vendor data while creating sales orders and client invoices. You’ll serve as a key liaison between service providers and internal production teams, reviewing submitted documentation for accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and supporting client service excellence. This role demands precision, collaboration, and a commitment to Esquire’s high standards. Key Responsibilities • Follow all specified best practices for creating complete and accurate sales orders. • Review service provider worksheets for data accuracy and completeness. • Resolve conflicts between worksheets and client instructions. • Deliver responsive, proactive service to help create clients for life. • Treat clients and co-workers with professionalism and respect. • Anticipate client needs and deliver excellent client service. • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve concerns. • Interface with service providers to obtain required documentation in a timely manner. • Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need • Education: Not specified; equivalent experience accepted. • Experience: One year within Esquire’s Production or Billing department; three years related experience or combined education and experience. • Skills: Strong written communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. • Technical: Excellent Microsoft Outlook skills; intermediate Word, Excel, and reporting proficiency. • Attributes: Highly detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, consistent productivity, and commitment to superior client service. • Other: Able to take direction from multiple supervisors and maintain regular attendance.
