Manage and configure Workday Payroll and Time modules for US and Canadian payroll, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Deep Workday Payroll and Time module expertise, cross-border US and Canadian payroll experience, technical troubleshooting skills, strong analytical and communication abilities, and project management experience.
Role: Workday Payroll ( Canada & US) Location: REMOTE Duration: 2 + Months Required: need Canada and US Workday Payroll experience. - ~15 hours per week Required skills and experience • Workday expertise: Deep knowledge of Workday's Payroll and Time modules, and preferably other core HCM modules like Compensation, Benefits, and Absence. • Cross-border experience: Specific experience with both US and Canadian payroll processes, including tax, earnings, deductions, and statutory withholdings. • Technical skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and integration errors, and configure payroll-related items in Workday. • Analytical and problem-solving skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and a proven ability to resolve complex payroll issues. • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and collaboration with internal teams. • Project management: Experience in managing projects, resources, and client relationships is often required for lead roles.
