Lead end-to-end integration design and provide technical guidance for a greenfield SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation in a public sector environment.
Experience with large-scale SAP implementations in public sector, certified knowledge in BTP and Clean Core, expertise in S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, RISE migration, and cloud architecture.
Position: SAP Project Manager (Technical) Location: Harrisburg, PA, Remote with travel (?50%) expenses paid Type: Contract Required Experience/Qualifications: • Large-scale implementations • Public sector • S/4 and SuccessFactors (Employee Central) • RISE migration • Strong knowledge base/Certified in BTP and Clean Core Description: S/4 Technical Project Manager Current Landscape: • Long-standing on-prem ECC customer • Highly customized solution deployed across all (55) agencies of state • Approximately 85,000 employees • Solution includes all financials (FI/CO, OTC, Procurement, EAM, PS), HCM (Employee Central, Payroll, Time, Benefits), Document Management, BW, and GRC. Project Overview: • Greenfield S/4HANA implementation and SF Employee Central with select data transfer • Little to no migration of custom objects and configuration • SAP is the prime SI • RISE implementation • Going-in scope philosophy will be fit-to-standard with SAP best practices Current Status: • Negotiations being finalized for Realize SOW Detailed Role Description: • Lead end-to-end integration design for business transformations with a firm understanding of solution architecture, data architecture, application architecture • Advise on cloud solution architecture, data rationalization, system landscape design • Provide subject matter knowledge on governance, standards, hybrid cloud architectures, integration technology, cloud security, cloud infrastructure and operations • Support planning of key activities such as high-level design workshops, blueprinting and overall technical architecture design sessions • Provide guidance to the design throughout the lifecycle of the project • Provide periodic updates to project management team and steering committee regarding risks, challenges, and mitigation plans
