Job Description • Collects and Reviews documentation of customer participation in Program activities for compliance with Program requirements and assigned hours of participation • Ensures that documentation of participation in Program activities is in the data tracking system at least weekly for all customers • Data enters hours of participation and activities in which customers are participating • Works collaboratively with Program staff to ensure customers are assigned to and participating in activities at all times • Contacts assigned Program staff for worksites and Program partner agencies, as applicable, to collect documentation when missing • May conduct community outreach to collect documentation of participation from customers and/or partners • Prepares reports related to areas of responsibility Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • 2-3 years related clerical experience • Good communication and organizational skills • Working knowledge of office machinery and automation, including any applicable software packages • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and the public Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
