Exceptional technical writing ability: you can translate complex product features and healthcare workflows into clear, accessible content. Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for content ideation, drafting, and optimization while maintaining brand voice and accuracy. Experience producing video content including scripting, basic editing, and post-production for product demos, marketing material, or educational content. Technically fluent: You can hold your own in conversations with product managers and engineers, and translate technical concepts for any audience. Hands-on and scrappy: You thrive in a lean-team environment where you're expected to think strategically AND execute tactically. You can build a campaign in Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot and develop a GTM strategy in the same week. Analytical and metrics-driven: You take a data-driven approach to solving problems and measuring impact.
