This position processes disbursement related transactions and will work with our offshore team to complete work timely and accurately. This position reviews incoming documents for completeness and accuracy and escalating any issues to the proper parties for review. Key responsibilities include: Utilize multiple mainframe systems to process disbursement related transactions. Review AWD to confirm paperwork has been completed timely and is in order. Determine if paperwork is in order to process or refer to Not In good order (NIGO) unit for follow up. Validate original Medallion Signature Guarantee, if available. Review power of attorney documents and trust documents for signature compliance. Review disbursement transaction for company financial controls. Ensure all company federal and state compliance requirements are met. Work on Ad hoc projects as needed. The base salary range for this position is $41,000 - $55,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. Results Orientation: Knowledge of the importance of meeting or exceeding established targets; ability to drive critical activities to completion. Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
