What You’ll Do Operational Leadership • Direct and manage day-to-day operations across specialty services, behavioral health, physical therapy, and diagnostic departments. • Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality across all service areas. • Collaborate with leadership to establish and achieve operational goals, ensuring alignment with EPIC’s mission and values. Performance Optimization • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvements. • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, encouraging team members to strive for operational and clinical success. Compliance and Safety • Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations and compliance standards. • Maintain a safe, effective, and patient-centered environment for both staff and patients. Financial Stewardship • Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and forecasting to ensure financial sustainability. • Monitor departmental performance to achieve key financial and operational benchmarks. Team Development • Partner with HR to recruit, train, and develop a motivated, high-performing operations team. • Provide mentorship and leadership to inspire collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Stakeholder Engagement • Build strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery. • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless, patient-first operations. What You Bring Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred. • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in operational management, with significant experience in healthcare or diagnostic services. • Skills: • Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of building and inspiring teams. • Advanced strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of performance metrics to drive decisions. • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry best practices.
