EPAM is seeking a Senior Client Engagement Manager to play a pivotal role in driving business growth with clients on the West Coast by developing compelling, market-relevant pitches and proposals tailored to client needs. In this position, you will leverage your expertise to position EPAM’s high-impact, end-to-end (E2E) capabilities across digital and physical product and experience domains, foster collaboration across internal teams, and deliver thought leadership that resonates with clients and prospects. This role calls for strategic thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills to confidently and eloquently represent EPAM’s capabilities. This is a hybrid position with 25–50% travel required within North America. There is a requirement for this business development professional to be located on the West Coast.
