We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Operations and Migration team focused on migrating Akamai properties to Cloudflare. You will implement and manage Cloudflare changes using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure and efficient post-migration operations. Responsibilities • Assist Operations and Migration teams in implementing Cloudflare changes post-migration • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Terraform for infrastructure deployment • Test and validate infrastructure changes before pushing live updates • Manage Cloudflare CDN and Web Application Firewall configurations • Automate scripting tasks using Python and shell scripting • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration batches • Monitor and troubleshoot DNS, IP routing, and security configurations • Ensure compliance with security best practices in all deployments • Document processes and provide technical support for post-go-live changes • Optimize infrastructure for scalability and reliability • Participate in sprint planning and batch migration coordination • Review and improve existing DevOps processes and tools • Train and support team members on Cloudflare and Terraform usage Requirements • Experience with cloud infrastructure and migration projects of 3+ years • Strong experience with Cloudflare CDN and Web Application Firewall (WAF) • Proficient in CI/CD pipeline development and management using tools like GitHub or Azure DevOps • Solid knowledge of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code • Experience in scripting languages, including Python and shell scripting • Good understanding of DNS, IP routing, and network security concepts • Demonstrated ability to work in a DevOps environment with a collaboration and automation mindset • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Effective communication skills in English with proficiency level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher Nice to have • Experience with Akamai CDN migration projects • Certification in Terraform or Cloudflare technologies • Knowledge of additional cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure • Familiarity with security compliance standards in cloud environments • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes We offer • We connect like-minded people • Delivering innovative solutions to industry leaders, making a global impact • Enjoyable working environment, whether it is the vibrant office or the comfort of your own home • Opportunity to work abroad for up to two months per year • Relocation opportunities within our offices in 55+ countries • Corporate and social events • We invest in your growth • Leadership development, career advising, soft skills and well-being programs • Certifications, including GCP, Azure and AWS • Unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning and Get Abstract • Free English classes with certified teachers • We cover it all • Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan • Monetary bonuses for engaging in the referral program • Comprehensive medical & family care package • Five trust days per year (sick leave without a medical certificate) • Benefits package (sports activities, a variety of stores and services) EPAM Georgia is a team of innovators united by a passion for technology.
