We also specialize in providing Client Advisory Services (CAS) that deliver CFO/Controller/bookkeeper outsourced expertise to the growth-oriented small businesses we serve. With our commitment to consistent profitable growth, we are searching for a strong accountant who can manage all of a business’s accounting needs in our Client Advisory Services (CAS) department. Work experience and interests align with the following: · A wide variety of engagements · Exposure to many types of businesses · Working directly with partners and the management team · Direct communication with clients The knowledge, skills and abilities needed for this position include: · Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, full accounting cycle, A/P, A/R, payroll, financial reporting as well as bank and credit card reconciliations · Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks software (online and desktop); QB ProAdvisor being an added plus · Proficient technology skills such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) · Exposure to management software and services such as ADP, expensify, Jetpack and other various programs · Maintain client records in an electronic support system · Analytical aptitude, conceptual thinking · Ability to self-manage engagement budgets and task organization The ideal candidate will have more than 3+ years of accounting and bookkeeping experience in a professional organization. A candidate with a desire to work in an environment that offers a good balance of highly professional standards, and a collegial style will be a good fit with our organization. We offer an attractive compensation package including eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Deerfield, IL 60015
