As a Director for Engineering For Kids, their prime responsibility should be to ensure that all of your classroom procedure are being followed, that the customer (parent and student) is happy, and the employees are following all of your policies and procedures. They would also typically oversee inventory, order supplies and equipment, and arrange for the routine maintenance and upkeep of the facility. The Director generally will recruit new employees, monitor employee performance and training. They are also typically responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure your organization effectiveness and efficiency. Looking for someone who has experience working in a school setting.
