Full Description

Job Description: • Overall direction, management, quality control, and completion of project deliverables • Managing project budgets, timelines, processes, and tasks with minimal oversight • Facilitating the progress of multiple projects and bringing them to conclusion • Proactively communicating project progress to management and clients • Interacting with customers, clients, and external collaborators • Conducting market research and data analysis • Tracking of industry trends and other market changes that impact energy efficiency • Organizing and facilitating virtual meetings and conference calls • Conducting outreach to industry stakeholders • Subcontractor management, including invoicing • Conducting literature searches Requirements: • A bachelor’s degree preferably in an energy-related or policy-related discipline, including environmental science, electrical or mechanical engineering, public policy or economics degrees • A minimum of two years of work-related experience • Will also accept well-qualified candidates with at least four years of work-related experience in lieu of a degree • Technical experience in the field of HVAC, water heating, envelope, industrial processes, electric vehicles, demand response, distributed generation, lighting, water efficiency, and related technology solutions preferred • Experience with energy codes and appliance standards and/or specification development preferred • Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis • Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with task management software such as Monday.com • Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to work and thrive independently • Willingness to conduct occasional business travel • Enthusiasm for working within a diverse, collaborative team Benefits: • medical, dental and vision insurance • retirement package • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
