About the role Our Customer Solutions Managers are highly motivated, solution-oriented individuals who will manage multiple customers and their regulatory compliance goals. The Customer Solutions team ensures success and guides our customers through their environmental compliance reporting. What you'll do Understand customer goals and outcomes and ensure success Leverage industry and Encamp product expertise to become a trusted advisor to customers Become part of the Encamp Fulfillment Engine, responsible for fulfilling reporting obligations on behalf of the customer Execute the onboarding and implementation of customer data while ensuring milestones and timelines are achieved Assist with customer enablement, including training, creating Help Center articles, and webinars Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Product) to complete customer goals and optimize the Encamp Fulfillment Engine Identify opportunities for account growth and provide support to Revenue to help close expansion opportunities Qualification: 4+ years experience in consulting or working on enterprise-level environmental programs Experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services Experience using technology to improve efficiency in work or in personal life Strong project management skills to stay organized and meet deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Process-oriented thinker who embraces ambiguity, is dynamic, and works well under pressure We're definitely looking for you if: You have experience at a growth-stage startup You embrace change and can pivot quickly in changing environments You think big and can use the resources at your disposal to solve customers’ problems A hunger to learn about the mechanics of an automated reporting operation Perks of being part of the Encampus...
