Job Description: • Hiring, training, and managing staff to recruit Mobilizers • Assisting with payment data management and analytics strategies • Creating a tracking system for payment discrepancies • Collaborating with team members and external partners • Serving as the primary contact for payment issues • Assisting with other activities as needed Requirements: • Extensive experience working with political CRMs like EveryAction or Action Network • Experience with Peer to Peer texting tools such as Scale to Win • Existing relationships in one of our key states is a plus • Experience with relational organizing is a plus • Fluency in a second language, including Spanish, is a plus • Reliable access to phone, laptop, and WiFi • U.S. work authorization • Strong attention to detail • Problem-solving skills • Experience using Peer to Peer Communication Tools • Experience in Payment Processing Systems • Excellent communication skills • Adaptability and flexibility • Strong management and culture building history Benefits: • health insurance • paid personal days
