Role and Responsibilities: As a Warehouse Inventory Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and update inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency within the warehouse. You'll work alongside your team to optimize workflows, ensure compliance with safety guidelines, and help with timely order processing and delivery. • Update and manage inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels. • Inspect, receive, and sort incoming shipments for proper storage. • Prepare orders for shipment and coordinate with the shipping team. • Carry out regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy. • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in inventory quickly and efficiently. • Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations. • Collaborate with team members to enhance warehouse operations and productivity. Required Skills and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience in warehouse management or inventory control. • Competency in using inventory management software and basic computer skills. • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. • Ability to lift and transport items as required in the warehouse. • Familiarity with safety protocols and warehouse equipment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with barcode scanning systems. • Forklift certification or prior experience operating warehouse machinery. • Experience in high-volume distribution or fulfillment environments.
