This person will coordinate the strategic planning process and monitors progress toward achieving project goals. They will assist in developing, administering and monitoring project related budgets. They will coordinate logistical arrangements for related conferences, conventions or meetings. They will develop and generate various operational and statistical reports. One involves coordinating EEG assessments for an on-going prospective developmental study and the second involves coordinating a multidisciplinary assessment of children's physical health status who have a history of prenatal alcohol exposure. Experience with EEG assessments and nailfold spectroscopy are necessary to complete the objectives of this combined position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: + Manages a project. + Coordinates the strategic planning process and monitors progress toward achieving project goals. + Assists in developing, administering and monitoring project related budgets. + Coordinates logistical arrangements for related conferences, conventions or meetings. + May assist in identifying funding resources and in developing funding strategies and initiatives. + Develops and generates various operational and statistical reports. + Represents and promotes the project at various speaking engagements. + May write grants, reports, briefings, newsletters, promotional or other written material related to the project. + Performs related responsibilities as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: + A bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of related project management experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training. NOTE: Position tasks are generally required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location. Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion.
