Construction General Labor Details: • Temporary position • $20.00 /hour • Full Time work available • First Shift (Monday through Friday) • General construction laborers must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. No experience required but must be willing to follow direction. • Laborers must also be able to concentrate on their tasks. • The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential. • Will be performing a variety of duties while working on a specialized construction site doing general labor. • Requires problem solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. • Must be willing to learn and be committed to hard work and resistant to changing weather conditions and be able to meet the physical demands of heavy labor. • Must be able to work safely around banks, trenches, confined spaces, pipes, and powered equipment. • Comfortable working long hours and various shifts as needed. • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor. Construction General Labor Qualifications: • The job requires a person to work in all types of weather and conditions on construction sites. • Standing for long periods of time. • Bending, twisting, and lifting repetitively during the day. • Customer deadlines can create the need to work until the job is done on occasion.
