Job Description The Certified Epic Tapestry Benefits Engine Analyst will play a key role in supporting benefit configuration and issue resolution within a fast-paced managed care environment. This role requires deep knowledge of Epic Tapestry Benefits and the ability to collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure accurate benefit setup and ongoing maintenance. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of managed care benefit structures. Must be willing to work Pacific Time hours. Start: Approximately 2 weeks from selection End: March 31, 2026 Responsibilities • Perform benefits configuration in Epic Tapestry to support plan updates, new product designs, and regulatory requirements • Conduct defect triage, analysis, and correction of benefit-related issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate benefit accuracy and resolve system discrepancies • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and payer-specific guidelines • Support testing activities, including benefit validation and integration testing • Provide subject matter expertise on benefit rules, coverage structures, and managed care workflows Qualifications Required: • Epic Tapestry Benefits Engine Certification or Accreditation • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry Benefits Desired: • Strong working knowledge of Managed Care Delegation • Strong understanding of Medicare, Medi-Cal, and related coverage requirements • Experience with a variety of Commercial benefit plans
