Digital Project Manager (Equity-Based | Startup Role) Location: Remote Compensation: Equity / Ownership Potential | No guaranteed salary (initially) Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (Flexible) We’re seeking a proactive, entrepreneurial Digital Project Manager to help shape and lead digital initiatives at our growing startup. If you're someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to build from the ground up, this could be a transformative opportunity for you. About the Role As our Digital Project Manager, you’ll guide digital products from concept to market launch. You’ll play a central role in aligning vision, strategy, and execution across a series of lean, high-impact projects. While this is currently an equity-only role, our shared goal is to bring a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to market, enabling us to renegotiate compensation or shared ownership of the resulting intellectual property. What You’ll Do • Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of digital products aligned with startup goals. • Develop project scopes, milestones, and roadmaps with a focus on lean execution and speed to market. • Coordinate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery. • Track progress, assess risk, and adapt plans dynamically based on evolving priorities. • Oversee testing, feedback loops, and iteration cycles for continuous improvement. • Use tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion to manage workflow, communication, and visibility. • Contribute strategic insights to help shape product direction, user experience, and market positioning. Ideal Candidate You’re someone who: • Has 3+ years in digital project management, marketing, product development, or tech leadership. • Understands MVP development, agile methodologies, and startup dynamics. • Is comfortable wearing multiple hats and managing limited resources. • Communicates clearly and proactively—keeping everyone aligned without over-managing. • Wants to grow with a company rather than just work for one.
