VAPA Program Facilitator - VAPA Program Facilitator Program: Start Date: 01/12/2026 End Date: 05/14/2026 Schedule: Monday: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM Tuesday: 9:50 AM - 1:05 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM Friday: 9:50 AM - 1:05 PM Saturday: No work Expected Hourly Rate: $22 THE ROLE Lead groups of students through structured games based on the Elevo curriculum. Engage students in visual/performing arts themes, dance, and music, sports, games, and other activities. Supporting kids’ behavioral management needs. Collaborate seamlessly with school administrators, teachers, and fellow coaches. Leading outdoor lessons designed to increase excitement about learning. Serve as a positive role model to the students to build kids’ self-esteem and emotional wellness. ABOUT YOU Have been successful working with elementary and/or middle school kids. Confidently manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance. Can improvise, adapt, and take initiative when needed. Are approachable, empathetic, patient, and able to build trust with kids. Present yourself as a confident leader and a positive role model. Connect with students and foster positive learning experiences. Pay close attention to student needs and adjust activities accordingly. Minimum of 2 years experience in dance, media arts, music, theatre, and the visual arts. 1-2 years of working experience in education, coaching, child development, or other child-focused experiences strongly preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Willing to follow COVID-19 protocols outlined by the school. #INDURG
