10+ years consulting leadership managing complex projects, strong Agile and PMO expertise, experience with P&L and financials, strategic client advisory, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
Job Description: • Serve as the trusted advisor and advocate for our clients, embedding yourself within their organization to align on both personal and business objectives. • Champion a product mindset and set the gold standard for project delivery, ensuring every engagement is executed flawlessly from initiation to closure. • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Service Delivery Leads and Project Managers, ensuring they are set up for success and driving continuous improvement. Requirements: • 10+ years of progressive consulting leadership, managing complex project portfolios and large-scale programs. • Proven ability to build C-level trust and act as a strategic advisor, driving account renewal and expansion. • Success in mentoring and scaling high-performing, geographically dispersed delivery teams (SDLs/PMs). • Direct experience managing project and portfolio P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and driving organic growth and profitability. • Deep expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid/traditional methods; capable of strategic coaching and implementation. • Expert ability to draft, negotiate, and finalize SOWs, MSAs, financial models, and resource plans during presales. • Strong knowledge of PMO functions, risk management, quality assurance, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira). • Strong conceptual understanding of modern technologies relevant to the business (e.g., Cloud, Data Analytics, SDLC). • Ability to align service delivery with client's long-term goals; anticipating market and business trends. • Exceptional skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and building consensus across all stakeholder levels. • Proven ability to coach clients through organizational change, process adoption, and execution improvements. • Demonstrated history of identifying and implementing new tools, processes, and offerings to drive efficiency and value. • Willingness to travel up to 50% and potentially timeshift to accommodate project needs is required.
